Can I sell my gift cards if I live outside of USA and Canada?

At this time, we only accept gift cards from customers living in Canada & US. Are you on a student or work Visa? We may ask you to submit travel documents, Visa details, or proof of your residential address.

How do I check my gift card balance?

To check your gift card balance, go to our Available Cards page, search your gift card, and instantly check your balance.

It is important to ensure balance is verified and remains intact while we process your gift card order to avoid unnecessary cancellations.

Where can I buy gift cards?

How can I receive my money for my gift card(s)?

We're all about variety. We offer payment by Interac, Cryptocurrency, and bank transfer. Wondering what payment method you're eligible for? It typically depends on the country you live in:

Available payment methods in Canada:

- Cryptocurrency (BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT)

Available payment methods in US:
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT)

Wire transfer is available for registered GiftCash bulk buyers and sellers. Contact customer support or reach out to your account manager for more details.

Please note that for Cryptocurrency and wire transfer payout methods, there is a small order processing fee charged which is taken from your total payout amount. For orders the processing fee is based on the fluctuating market rate at the time of the transaction.

GiftCash does not have any influence over the market rates and fees related to Cryptocurrency or Wire Transfers.  Please review the transactional fees in advance before selecting either as your choice of payout.

How long does it take to receive my payout?

Payouts are processed in 5-10 business days for Canadian retailers and 10-15 business days for US retailers. Keep in mind, the timing might change due to the type of card, its value, the country of origin, and/or the card's retailer.

Why do you need additional verification or a copy of my ID?

GiftCash Inc. is registered and operated in North America. To comply with the anti-money laundering laws of the United States and Canada, we require identity verification before payouts. This is usually a one-time process, which means any future orders you place won't require identity verification (depending on the amount of payout). We also use identification to make the payout process faster for our customers.

Any personal information shared with GiftCash is stored internally for identity verification only and will not be shared with any third party.

For Visa and Mastercard GiftCashtransactions:we are only accepting cards from select sellers. If you wish to sell your Mastercard and VISA gift cards, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Why does my gift card balance change before receiving my payout?

Gift card balances can change after submitting your order, it means that the process has begun and your payout is in progress. We at GiftCash understand that every gift card represents money in your pocket and we take the trust you place on us seriously. Every card submitted through our site undergoes a security and verification process which is designed to process your order and protect your money.

For example; if a customer mistakenly submits a gift card with a zero balance, our system will identify, cancel and notify the customer of the discrepancy. Each order that we receive is unique and at times can be complex which can impact payout timing. This is why we state in our policy that a payout can take 5 to 15 days to complete. Our goal is to ensure you receive your payout as quickly as possible.

Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was cancelled, that means your card or transaction was likely rejected. Here are 3 possible reasons why:
  1. The balance stated doesn't match the actual balance on the card.
  2. The card number or pin was entered incorrectly.
  3. Our external verification system declined the transaction. Although it can not tell us the reason for declining a card, we trust this system to protect us and our customers.

For 1 and 2, simply input the correct card details to have your transaction approved!

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been processed, we can absolutely cancel your order for you. Contact [email protected] and our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel it for you.

How do I "swipe" my cards?
Need to swipe your physical gift card? Here 3 easy steps:
  1. Purchase a card reader and get a $15USD or $20CAD rebate

  2. Plug the USB card reader into your computer and select the text box.
  3. Swipe your gift card through the reader to input the card data.
Why do I have to "swipe" my card details?

Card readers provide us with a more detailed overview of the card data. But most importantly, they'll help us pay you faster!

What are the minimum and maximum gift card values I can sell?

We accept cards with a minimum value of $25 and a maximum value of $2,000.

Some exceptions apply for Air Canada, Apple/iTunes and Petco, where a minimum individual card value of $100 (up to $2000) is required for offer submission.

Can I trade my gift cards for other cards on your site?
