COVID-19 Response

Dear Customers,

As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we are working proactively with our local government to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities.

We are taking various steps to manage and respond to the evolving circumstances around this pandemic as well as following the guidance of the health agencies. In consideration of the safety of our team members, we have temporarily closed local GiftCash offices and asked our employees to work from home. We have also scaled back our operations and implemented additional contact-free measures in an effort to keep the GiftCash family safe.

We are doing our part to help contain this pandemic, and as a care-driven company, we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to support our customers, employees and partners throughout this unprecedented situation.

As of Monday April 6th, our team is back to serve GiftCash customers. We are experiencing staffing challenges, and have been impacted on multiple fronts by the rapidly evolving situation. As such, please expect slower than usual processing times during this period. We appreciate your patience and will work diligently to make alternative arrangements to get us back to normal processing time.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are doing everything possible to maintain the services you rely on while keeping people safe. The safety of our employees remains our priority.
